I’m Ali Miremadi, a UK-based creative photographer, visual storyteller, and researcher with over 18 years of experience across portrait, commercial, editorial, and architectural photography. My work combines an artistic eye, technical expertise, and a deep academic understanding of visual culture—drawing from a background in photography, art research, and cultural studies. With a Master’s in Photography from Birkbeck, University of London, and another in Art Research from Kashan University, my perspective on photography is shaped by years of exploring the relationship between images, identity, and history—especially through my research on 19th-century Iranian photography and figures like Ernst Höeltzer. This academic lens informs my approach to every project, allowing me to create visuals that are not just striking but also meaningful and layered with narrative.
In my architectural photography, I focus on capturing the dialogue between space, form, and light—revealing the hidden stories and emotions behind buildings, whether they are modern structures or cultural heritage sites. My commercial and editorial work emphasizes brand storytelling, creative direction, and delivering high-impact visuals for marketing, advertising, and social media campaigns.
Recognized by international competitions like Asahi Shimbun, Al-Thani, and Bristol Photo Contest and certified by FIAP and UNESCO, I’m committed to pushing creative boundaries and helping clients tell stories that resonate. If you’re looking for a photographer who blends artistic vision, technical skill, and cultural insight, I’d love to connect and collaborate on your next project.
